Professor Baxter E. Vieux, Ph.D., P.E. Dr. Vieux is a full professor in the School of Civil Engineering and Environmental Science at the University of Oklahoma and teaches courses in GIS, Hydrology, and Engineering Surveying. He directs the Center for Natural Hazards and Disaster Research in the National Weather Center at the University of Oklahoma. Research interests include spatially distributed hydrology, geographic information systems, and hydrologic analysis and flood forecasting using radar. |
