-Decide how many stations you will be using

Choosing stations
The number of stations should be chosen depending on the size of your group. More than 12 sutdents at a station diminishes the effectiveness of the volunteers. Groups of less than 50 can run 4 stations. Groups between 50 and 60 students should run 5 stations when possible. Groups larger than 60 should consider running parallel stations (click here for an example).

-Select activities for each station
-Check the supply list for shopping items and non-expendable items to be checked out

Checking out supplies
Some activities require items that are reusable or hard to find. Because of this, SeeS keeps these items to be used by all the schools. The supply list contains the items that need to be checked out. Once you know what unit and activities you would like to do, email Brett Billbe or Shelby Pankop to arrange getting the supplies to your site.
